RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

 

A deposit of $400.00 per person confirms your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before departure. Full payment is due at least 60 days prior to departure and be made by personal check. ATNT Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservations that are not paid in full at any time after final payment is due. If you make your reservation after the final payment date, payment in full will be required upon reservation.

TOUR PRICES

 

Tour packages are based on two persons sharing a double room (see supplement for a single occupancy). Groups are based on a minimum of 16 passengers traveling. If the number falls below 16 passengers, a surcharge may be imposed. Tour prices are subject to change without notice. Also, airline taxes, fuel surcharges, and departure fees, port charges and cruise line fees (where applicable) are subject to change until final payment has been made.

CHILDREN TOUR PRICES: A child under 12 years of age may share room with two (2) adults (no extra beds) with a charge of 25% less on tour price (not apply for domestic USA tours). For more details, please call our office.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

 

A passport valid for at least six months after the completion of your tour, and with at least four blank visa pages, is required for U.S. citizens on all our international tours. For all domestic tours, where we fly into a U.S. city to begin the tour or out of a U.S. city at the end, you must present a valid U.S. government-issued photo identification. Starting on May 7, 2025, your government-issued photo ID must be REAL ID-compliant (or you can present an alternate form of ID, such as a passport).

If your tour requires a visa(s), we strongly recommend that you have at least six blank visa pages available. We will send you specific visa and entry requirements after you make a reservation. You are responsible for obtaining these documents. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact your embassy or consulate to ensure you obtain the proper documentation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

ATNT Travel & Tours provides an international Medical Protection for all tour participants.

Additional coverage may be purchased such as Cancellation Insurance, Baggage Insurance, and extra services. (It is recommended).

HEALTH AND MEDICAL ISSUES

 

We welcome all travelers, but request that you be in good health to participate in an ATNT Travel & Tours tour. All of our tours involve a reasonable amount of walking (typically two to three miles per day), often uphill or on uneven or cobblestone streets. You must be able to get on and off motor coaches on your own. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance if you require the use of a wheelchair or have other personal needs/ in such cases you must be accompanied by a companion who will assist you. Please note that a number of our itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose physical condition or behavior, in our opinion, compromises the operation of the tour or detracts from the enjoyment or safety of the other tour members. In that event, ATNT Travel & Tours assumes no financial responsibility for any unused portion of the tour.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

 

ATNT Travel & Tours can help find and buy air tickets (that not included in the land tour) upon request.

ATNT Travel & Tours shall not have any liability for any loss resulting from tour cancelations or changes in international gateways, travel dates, or airline schedule changes. If an air schedule requires an overnight stay in a gateway city, the cost of the overnight will be at your expense. We will be happy to help with arrangements.

Please note that seat assignment on your international flight is usually done at airport check-in. ATNT Travel & Tours is unable to guarantee any seat assignment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

 

Cancel prior to departure:

90 days or more: full refund

89-76 days: charge 50% of deposit + visa fees + Airlines penalties for any cancellation

75-61 days: charge 100% of deposit + visa fees + Airlines penalties for any cancellation.

60-46 days: charge 25% of tour’s price + visa fees + Airlines penalties for any cancellation

45-31 days: charge 50% of tour’s price + visa fees + Airlines penalties for any cancellation.

30-15 days: charge 75% of tour’s price + visa fees + Airlines penalties for any cancellation.

16-00 days: charge 100% of tour’s price + visa fees + Airlines penalties for any cancellation.

Note: Visa expenses are non-refundable.

RESPONSIBILITY

 

ATNT Travel & Tours reserves the rights to correct errors in pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation, or remove a person from a tour if it is determined by our representative to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general well-being of the other tour members.

ATNT Travel & Tours reserves the rights to alter or modify with / without prior notice the tour itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation for smooth operations, to reschedule or cancel any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

ATNT Travel & Tours acts only as agent on behalf of the suppliers of transportations, accommodations, restaurants, and other services provided to the tour participant. ATNT Tours or its servants, agents or employees are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, death, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved, caused by any other entity or person during the travel program. Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes or other labor activities, wars, volcanoes, earthquake or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided.
